Third Party Liability Insurance  
All our prices include Third Party Liability Insurance. It is a basic Insurance providing coverage on bodily injury to persons other than the driver and on property damage to anything other than the rental vehicle. Occasionally, this type of insurance can exclude injury to relatives or family members travelling with you.
 
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) & Theft Insurance

All our prices include Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Insurance which reduces your liability in the event of an accident, damage to or theft of your vehicle to an "excess" amount. The level of excess varies by car's groups.

N.B. In case of accident, you must contact an accident expert appointed by the insurance company to assess the accident. They are on duty 24 hours a day and a telephone number is provided with the insurance policy which is given upon car rental.

Important Note: All insurances are invalidated if the renter or any other named driver knowingly lets an unauthorized person drive the car or invalidates the rental agreement. Triple A will recover full damages incurred while a car is being driven by an unauthorized driver or invalidates the rental agreement from the hirer's credit card.

PROVISIONS OF VEHICLES
Triple A can refuse to provide a vehicle to any person, who is, in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such cases, your contract will immediately become void and we will have no further liability to you.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF OUT OF HOURS
Airport and Beirut office pick up and collection within office hours free of charge
In case of airport pickup exact flight details have to be provided. The client will be met upon arrival with a signboard with his name on it.
Possible upon request at airport:
20:00 to 07:00 at a fee of 20$
FLIGHT INFORMATION
If you are collecting your car at the airport, it is imperative that Triple A is provided with your correct outbound flight number and estimated arrival time. If this is not known to you at the time your reservation is made, please ensure that you make contact with our reservations department at least 7 days prior to departure. If we are not provided with the correct flight information within the period stated, no responsibility can be accepted or compensation allowed for a failed rental.
REGARDING DELAYS

Customers who fail to take their hire car within two hours of pick up time will be deemed a 'no-show'. The agents will only hold your vehicle for this length of time without prior notice from yourself. We therefore suggest that, should you know in advance that you are to be delayed, you contact the local office to inform them of this. Triple A Rent A Car does not guarantee that your car will remain available to you after this initial 2 hour period.

DEPOSIT  
All customers will be required to leave a deposit to cover the collision damage waiver excess, theft waiver excess and fuel. To do so, a valid credit card in the name of the principal driver must be produced upon collection of the car as a form of deposit. The deposit, dependent upon car group and rental length range between USD 300 and USD 1000.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Triple A Rent A Car is pleased to be able to NOT charge you for the full rental amount at the time of reservation. We ONLY charge you a 10% non refundable deposit to ensure your vehicle is reserved.  The full balance payment is required at the time of rental.

 Driver must have one of the following credit cards when collecting vehicle

 American Express,  MasterCard, Visa

 Credit card is required in driver’s name.

 This booking can be paid by either credit card or debit card ,directly proceeded by Credit Libanais and Fransabank.

 Always ensure that the card has sufficient credit available at the time of rental.
 

 In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, Triple A may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

CHANGING BOOKING

A booking can be changed (only by email) up to 1 week before the start of the rental (on availability) in return for an alteration charge of USD 25.00. Any payment already made towards the rental will not be refunded; nor shall any differential amount be refunded if this alteration leads to a lesser rental cost.

 

Cancellation Exceptions

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond your reasonable control, including:

  • natural disaster (including but not limited to fire and flood)
  • acts or restraints of governments or public authorities
  • war, riot, civil commotion or acts of terrorism

We may at our discretion, offer you a refund for the rental cost less an administration fee. Supporting documents may also be requested.

--REPLACEMENTS--
If customer needs to replace the rented vehicle such service is offered upon availability.
Triple A may at its own discretion refuse to provide a
replacement car in case of theft, fire, total destruction or irreparable damage to the rented car.
ADMINISTRATION FEE
Handling of fine(s) (over speeding, parking ticket, etc.): 10$ /item
Website Errors

While we try to ensure that all details (including prices, fees, surcharges and taxes) quoted on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in any detail (including the price of your rental), we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the booking at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the booking as cancelled.

To the fullest extent permissible, we exclude all warranties and representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on the website. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of any information contained on the website (other than in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
